What is the exact definition of having a petite figure? I'm naturally pretty little, but I've never known if I would classify as petite or not, because I'm a little bit on the tall side.

I'm petite & I'm 115lbs & 5'1. petite is basically someone small.. smaller than the "average" person I guess.

My definition on it means someone who is quite small and fragile. I went to school with girls who were 4.9 and 80 or small they were just small. But weighting 120 or even 110 is normal depending on height

I think it's short and slender. I'm 5'1 and like 180 lbs soooo I wouldn't consider myself petite per se lol.

Never thought of myself as petite, but I guess I am! lol. 5' 1" & somewhere between 100-110lbs. I'm probably the definition of petite haha.

I'm 5 feet y'all & when shopping like jeans or something they usually have the P for petite but I am curvy like I have a butt thighs & hips but because I'm so short I'm still classified as petite. I pretty sure it just means stature & not if your thin.

I work in retail & petite just means short. Like 5'4 & under it has nothing to do with weight because they even make plus size petite clothing :)
