I want a lipstick that I know I'm wearing lipstick but not too daring and bold. I love the red lip but it makes me look orange, any suggestions on color?

Maybe you've been trying the wrong color red. Maybe try a true red or if you have a cooler tone blue based red.

Shy away from the orange based reds and corals maybe and I agree with LynzieB. a blue based cooler red could really make a red lip pop for you without making your face look flushed :)
