You should use purple shadows since purple is the opposite of green it makes green eyes pop.

^Purple isn't the opposite of green, orange is. Any sort of warm orange/red/pink tone will make the green stand out. Purple works too, but too bright a purple won't do anything. Purple is actually opposite of brown, and makes brown eyes stand out a ton.

Also green eyeshadow or wearing green clothing really makes my hazel eyes pop!

Purple or green! If your skin is warmtoned stay away from turqoise and blue because that will look a bit off because blue is usually a cold color. If you do find a warm blue that is an option as well.
