I am currently wearing NC30 in studio and prolong wear.
I use mineralized skin finish in medium plus.
To me the mean plus gives an orange look and I believe I need another shade. Can anyone suggest what shade I may need. I love a neutral look. Everything turns pink red and orange on me.  :(

I would use medium shade because is a yellow tone... I used to use medium plus and it was a little bit pink to me, so I changed to medium! I even prefer medium dark applied super soft, cause is not pink! I hope it helps you! Kisses!
