Normally my eyes are quite wide but on nights on when I'm fully made up my eyes seem to look really small and tired in pictures!
Any advice?

Do you use flash? I always look really tired on photos when I use flash.

Maybe try applying white eyeliner to the waterline.

Maybe a winged eyeliner, and a lot of mascara (or falsies). You can also add a highlighting eye shadow on you tear dot, and under your eyebrows, it helps open up your eyes a bit.

It could have to do w how you do your eyeshadow. I don't know how you do btw, but shadow can dramatically change the look of eyes, make them pop out, or even sink in.
