Maybelline mascaras (especially falsies and colossal cat eyes)
Maybelline eye studio liner
Wet n wild lipsticks and eyeshadows
Worst:
Revlon photo finish foundation
L'oreal bb cream
& another BEST I almost forgot: l'oreal infallible eye shadows and revlon colorstay liquid liner. :)

worst: any drugstore BB creams are awful IMO , I think the loreal eye primer is awful. and I know I'm in the minority but I never met a drugstore mascara I liked

I won't try to name too many haha!
Best: Wet n Wild eyeshadow palette in Silent Treatment, the Maybelline Colour Tattoos, Revlon ColorStay foundation!, Rimmel Stay Matte powder, Maybelline Eye Studio Master Drama eyeliner in Midnight Master and NYX jumbo pencils!
Worst: the Rimmel lipsticks in the shiny purple tubes. None of the CoverGirl mascaras have ever worked well for me. I'm still searching for a good liquid eyeliner (didn't like Loreal's in a gold tube and Maybelline's Master Precise. I can't think of any others at the moment!

Worst=Bb creams!It not really user-friendly for oily skin type,Elf's concealer,Nyx e/s base
Best=Revlon whipped creme foundation,Revlon photoready primer(the only primer which mattifies my face!)Loreal eyeliners & Maybelline falsies mascara

I hate elf eyeliner. It flat out does not work on the lower lash line.
Cover girl eyeliner pencil with the smudger on one end is good though
