I would go with 2 if this is your first time trying something "unnatural" since red is still a relatively natural color, a dark burgundy tone like in the picture should hold well and you can easily find refresher products to keep the vivid hue after neumerous washes. Turquoise/ green can wash out very quickly and looks kind of moldy and gross with time if you don't keep it up and 4 would probably cause the most damage, to get that beautiful effect. Since you have long hair and probably don't want to loose too much of the length I wouldn't recommend it.
