It may have melted. NYX lipsticks do bleed though so make sure you use a lip liner. Try putting it in the freezer for a little bit and see if it helps! If not you can apply it with a lip brush.

Omg I have 2 of those lipsticks and mine feel like a gloss too! They have like no lasting power on me but everyone else loves them. I'm not sure what's wrong with mine lil.
