Bright colors will make them appear bigger, you can try exfoliating ( sugar and honey on a toothbrush ) and it will definitely plump them right up.
You can also put on lipstick beyond your lips ( alittle not too much or it'll be noticeable ) to help them appear fuller.
Alternatively, you can try a lip plumper ( gloss that makes your lips appear fuller ).

You can also highlight the centers of your lips and highlight your Cupid's bow to make them appear bigger. I just have to add you look like you have very nice big lips and I adore the shape.
