I have sorta oily eye lids, but I also have veins that show a lot.
what's a good eye primer for this?

One that has color deff... So maybe urban decay sin or a Mac soft ochre I really prefer too faced eye primers I think they also have a colored one..

I would try benefit stay don't stray! I use UD or lorac now, but I used to use the benefit one and it had really good coverage and was heavier, so it would last better for oily eyelids!

The best primer you can use for your eyes is concealer it holds on to eyeshadow better than any primer x

You could use MACs prolongwear concealer. it'll cover the veins and it has a technology in it not to crease so your eyeshadow will stay all day!

The paint pots work well too, but they are drying, plus the prolongwear can be used for just regular old concealer too (:
