It makes your hair super smooth and healthy :) You can apply it straight, but I love mixing it in with conditioner.

Careful tho, it's highly comedogenic so if your breakout prone I might stay away. Speaking just from personal experience and the research that I've done on it this stuff was a nightmare for me.

I actually noticed that organic unrefined has done great for my face. after cleansing, I slather it on leave it on for a bit and wipe off with a warm washcloth. it's personally helped my skin improve. I have combination skin. my cheeks are prone to breakouts but not for months since trying it out.

You can use it as a hair mask. leave on from 30 minutes to overnight then shampoo and condition as per usual.
as a makeup remover before you wash your face
in lieu of shaving cream
as an in shower body lotion to lock in skin's natural moisture. rub on then rinse off, just be careful not to slip as the surfaces can be slick after using.
there are dozens of ways to use coconut oil for the body. these are my favorite but you can google for many more.

I use coconut oil only as a body moisturizer and for oil pulling (but that's a whoooole other topic really). - - - - Well, unless you consider that it does improve your skin and teeth majorly!!

Its a major multitasker for me. I use it as a body lotion, as a hair sealant for my curly hair, a nighttime facial moisturizer after I apply my serum or retinol, makeup remover. Definitely do a spot test on your inner wrist or behind your ear to make sure you aren't allergic to coconut (yes some folks are allergic to coconut). Organic cold pressed is best. You can find it at the health food store for under $10.
