Maybe try out Gimme Brow by Benefit. It might not make them as full as you want them to be. It works as la fiber extension so it doesn't look cakey or drawn in. With a delicate hand, it's the best product I've found.

You could have them dyed a bit darker. then use ea brow mascara, lancolme makes a great one. doing both of those will help the hairs you have look fuller.

I'd let them grow. This will help when filling them in.

I haven't touched my brows for 3 weeks coz I want them thicker to frame my face better.

Anastasia Brow Kit has been my "go to" since I over tweezed years ago and was keft with no eyebrows. Has 2 colors, wax, highlighter, stencils and a wonderful brush.
