Bare Minerals does have a good value one. For me I hated Bare minerals it made my skin look very oil even when using their matte formulas. Look on sephora for value sets. I'm not sure what you are looking for as in a bronzer or blush or lipstick because basic is a pretty broad term for beauty products since everyone is different. But definitely look there!

I get really oily too I can recommend N*7 facial cleanser it has litterally changed my life.
