Hey well down is best as it's loose and no dents happen and it will also grow better that way but I agree that hair In your face sucks so a looses low plait or down with a soft headband xx

My hair is so long I have to contain in lol. I put a scarf headband on so the top doesn't frizz and a low rope twist (no crinkles like braids)

Wear it in a low loose pony tail it reduces super poofy crazy morning hair.

Let it out of any braids and stuff... Night is time for your hair to recover too. :-)

I just keep it down. I don't think putting it in a ponytail or braid every night is good for your hair.

Indeed! A braid is the best for your hair ;o w.

Actually keeping your hair down is the best for your hair at night! Especially if it's wet. Putting your hair in a bun or even a ponytail every night really isn't very good for your hair at all! You can put your hair in braids, etc. occasionally mostly to get heatless curls, but you shouldn't leave it up especially in a bun when you go to sleep!

If you wear it it a pony tail, it can leave a massive dent in your hair. Xx

@Tori R. Well Tori, I totally disagree. That happens when you don't shower every night and wash your face every night. I leave my hair down every night to sleep after my shower and I've never had a bit of acne before. My face is absolutely clear.

I always do a simple braid down my back :) supposedly braiding your hair helps with growth, and I have pretty long hair!

In a bun away from your face :)

Sometimes I use my (incredibly!) unattractive scrunchie and wear it in a bun so there aren't any creases and it feels soft in the morning.

I don't know how this works but sleeping with your hair in a side braid definetely makes your hair soft! 😵

Either in a bun or braided :)

I've heard buns arent good cause they are high on heads and while sleeping and moving around you can break hair...my hair is long and I have lots of it I usually take it down or a low pony.

I'd recommend you left your hair down... but if you want natural curls the next day braiding your hair s a good idea.

I leave mind down but kind of put it up over my pillow so it's not down around my neck and face. I probably look silly, but it's comfy and doesn't damage hair.
