Is Anastasia Beverly Hills contour palette women of color friendly?

I've been interested in the Anastasia's contour palette but I just want to know if the colors are more meant for people with fairer complexion? Or will it show up on people with deeper complexions?

These are the swatches of the palette. I am no expert on this and I've never tried it myself, but I think it might be too light for women of colour. I'm not sure though.

I would say no, but you could mix some of them together to get the desired shade

I have the kit and I've only used it twice but it looked good on my skin.
