I have never owned a good quality makeup palette and I wanted to purchase one that has multiple colors and is around $30.

I'd say any Naked palette (1,2 or 3) but those are around $50. The Naked Basics is a tad boring to me. I'd say go with a Too Faces palette. (:

I would go with a too faced pallet! there are multiple shade combinations you could find one easily!
