"Passport" makeup help

I have a project in Geography were I need to have a fake passport, including a picture of me. I hate pictures so any tips on how to look better. And any makeup looks I should do to enhance my "features" in the photo (my eyes are kinda hidden due to my glasses). Thank you. Pictures appreciated but not needed. (also I'm keeping my hair natural) =)

You should YouTube "Passport Makeup" I remember watching a video awhile ago about that, and she had some good tips. But I don't remember what they were, sorry haha.
