Yea beware of buying mac products on amazon. If you are going to, maybe contact the owner for it. I ordered a pigment off of amazon and it was fake.

When they are fake, it's a forgery. They basically try to make it look like it was from Mac and for the same price or more when really it may be made of something not approved by the FDA

Honestly most makeup brushes I have gotten from amazon have been amazing. they weren't name brands, but work great and are so soft. not to mention CHEAP. you can find a set for only $10! and for the most part they aren't bad at all.

Another way to tell if something is fake is to look at the box. If there is a ticker on the top of the box telling you the color of the shadow it isn't real...

Not safe to buy Mac products somewhere that's not their own website or a counter. Unless you don't care if it's fake :-)
