Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I eat an avocado every day. They're delicious and really good for your hair and nails. I also try to steer clear of white bread, red food colouring, sugar, rice, beans, and high fructose corn syrup. I drink almond milk instead of regular milk. Warm water can also help you feel full longer. A small daily workout is a great habit to have.

Okay so I've taken/ am taking some health courses right now. These are some things that I've been taught. You don't have to follow this, my list is just to be helpful.
•Eat five cups of dark green leafy veggies a day (cuts chance of breast cancer by 50%)
•try to drink almond or rice milk instead of soy or animal milk (soy has xenoestrogens in it that cause cancer, avoid anything soy. The sugar in cow's milk is lactose and we stop producing the enzyme lactate to help break it down around the age of two. That means the body can't process it)
•if you take a vitamin c supplement, look for a whole food-based supplement. If you don't, or look on the label and see asorbic acid, don't waste your money. Asorbic acid is like an egg shell that protects the "egg" which is the actual vitamin. There is no nutritional value to asorbic acid, but it is cheap to make...
•try to eat more omega-3 fatty acids than omega-6
•avoid trans fats and saturated fats
•complex carbs take less time to absorb into the body, so they are generally better than simple carbs
•back to milk, don't drink fat free milk. Milk is made up of sugar, fat, and protein. The fat in food slows down the rate of sugar absorption in the body. If you remove the fat, nothing slows down the sugar and will make you gain more weight.
•antioxidants are great. The darker the fruit or veggie is, the more antioxidants it will have.
Hoped I helped a bit, sorry it was so long...

Cut off on a lot of bread and pasta always include salad in a meal meaning not only salad but a whole meal with meat and rice or whatever and drink tons of water... Also instead of reaching for desserts try reaching for an apple or strawberries or whatever fruits you like and if your obsessed with chocolate like me buy only dark chocolate like 60% dark chocolate and up even though you might not like it as much you will get use to it and instead of eating snacks like chips you can eat almonds or nuts or again fruit or you can get organic chips... And if your looking to loose weight exercise is very important!! Also breakfast is important and I usually have a good breakfast big lunch and small dinner and have dinner 2-3 or more hours before you sleep so you can digest first.. Good luck hope this helped:D.

Without everyday and always drink lots of water before meals, it keeps you from over eating.
