Everytime I try to put eyeshadow I look like a clown.. I like to wear brown eyeshadow but it never works..any tips? and what should I put before applying it?

Try not to put as much colour above crease( blend out and when you do put colour there put neutral shades and a white under the brow bone to hight light and blend!

I recommend putting an eye primer or eye base before the eyeshadow
I would say first put a light beige color on the lid and a soft brown color on the crease ( its the defined line above your eyelid) and add a whiteish eyeshadow color in the inner corner of your eye and brow bone
make sure you blend everything so there is no harsh lines
