I think blow drying your bangs is a better option because straightening them can make them look flat while blow drying cans give more shape to them

That definitely sounds like a good idea. Maybe the flat iron could be used after for smoothing if necessary?

Agreed ^ but if you're looking for a hair straightener GHD is brilliant. I got mine like 4-6 years ago and its not even starting to go. I have one that smaller than the usual because I've short, fine hair which would be perfect for your bangs.

Blow dry to the opposite side. Then cool blowdry. Then brush back to the right way helps me.

This is the one I use because I just straighten my bangs don't forget to use a heat protection spray
