It's a pretty look for sure. Looks more like a gradient shadow looks more so than smokey. But it is definitely flattering for your eyes. :-)

Not quite a smoky eye. That is more of a gradient eye. A smoky eye usually consists of three to four colors. Your darkest shadow, a lighter one, an even lighter and an even lighter one... Normally only three though. For this example we will use black gray and a matte silver... You would apply the black on your entire lid up to your natural crease or slightly above, whichever you prefer. Then you would take the gray shadow and overlap the black slightly and extend it upwards about 1/4 of an inch below the highest point of your brow bone. Next you can take the silver and apply that in the same fashion all the way up to the bottom of your brow bone. Then you can take your lightest matte shadow and highlight your brow bone. The key however is to blend blend blend... In order for your smoky eye to be successfuk it has to be impeccably blended. The transition from one color to the next has to be so smooth that you can't tell where one color stops and one starts...
