Since you don't wear a lot of makeup I would do something simple. A bold cat eye and a bright lip whether it be red, purple, or burgundy!

I absolutely adore your hair! I wish I had the balls to cut mine like that haha. Winged eyeliner and red Lips would suit the outfit :)
