To find my arch when I first plucked mine, I put a skinny makeup brush at the end of my nose and then angle it to line up in the middle of your eye but make sure it's still touching your nose.

Here's the guide I follow.
Usually whenever I pluck mine I fill them in and then pluck what's on the outside.
