I use Shea moisture conditioner right now, but I think I need to switch. I have really really thick brown hair, any sulfate and alcohol free conditioners?

Like a deep conditioner or a normal conditioner? I looooove the L'oreal EverStrong conditioner. It smells so good and feels like it's really hydrating my hair, but I do use a mask afterwards, and it's usually the Macadamia Deep Repair Masque which is the most fantastic deep conditioner I've ever used :)

Try ones from the body shop :) I have thick brown hair too and their conditioners are great for everyday use.
