An eyeshadow shade that's a bit darker than your skin tone on the lid and in the crease, full in your eyebrows, find a lipstick shade close to that, and mascara. Loveee Katy perry! ❤️

Looks like a yellow toned taupe color, similar to that in the lorac pro palette with a very thin liner, subtle highlight on the inner corner and the taupe on the bottom lash line as well with minimal mascara. As for the face, I would go with a medium coverage, matte foundation, baby pink/magenta blush. It doesn't look like there is a whole lot of contouring other than a bit on the nose and jawline. Maybe a subtle highlight on your cheekbones and a suede/velvet finish lipstick and you're good to go!
