I used to suck as well. Maybe look up YouTube tutorials. Just keep trying.. Practice makes perfect :)

Just practice a lot. I honestly think using liquid eyeliner makes applying it so much easier.
If your going to wing it out make a line going up from your water line and connect it to the line on your eyelid or use tape :)

You could start with a pencil liner to outline it and then a gel liner over it to make it more permanent.
