Are there any good drugstore white eyeshadow bases out there besides Milk from NYX? I don't have an Ulta near me and don't want to order online. Help!!

I have not seen one. But if u want something close... Color tattoo buy Maybelline. It does bave a bit of a frost to it but works great as a base.

Milani Shadow Eyez in Winter White is a great base and it helps your eyeshadows stay for 12 hrs :)

Sometimes I just use any white eyeliner, the one that blends out pretty good is rimmel London kohl liner in white

Tamicka- I do have the Color Tattoo in Too cool, but I wanted something more opaque =\

Mary - I never see that color at the store!! I'll have to check out a few drugstores.

Yes!! I was actually looking for a white shadow base to use under my Loreal Infallible eyeshadows. They are gorgeous but I feel like I need something for them to stick on besides a regular eye primer. =D

Okay so I know this isn't technically an eye shadow base but give it a try! I use the NYX jumbo eye pencil in Milk. Rub a bit on your fingers to warm the product and apply to the lid. It makes the color of your eyeshadows so much more pigmented and it lasts all day!

I would check local beauty supply stores in your area to see if they sell NYX if you really want the Milk jumbo pencil.
