I have.combo skin that tends to be more oily but I was still debating on the original formula or matte one. The only reason being is that matte formulas tend to suck compared next to the original. What.formula should I get?

Both of the ones I'm talking about are the loose powder.

Where do you get oily?
Because if it's only tzone and the rest of your face is dry, then I'd go with the original. I've tried the matte and it worked for me. It's not my fav powder foundation but it's not bad. I'm oily though. I don't get dry.

I don't get dry much, just around my nose, I get oily on my T-zone and chin area (sometimes) other.wise my face is normal.

I'd try the original because the matte might be too drying. You could use a mattifying primer on the areas you get oily though.

The matte one is oil absorbing I use it as I'm oily and love it. I use a bronzer over it if I feel to matte looking. The original has mica in it so you have some illumination. They have a pressed as well which is hydrating. Also I use hourglass oxygen mineral foundation and then the matte powder over it and it work great for me. I know it seems like a lot of foundation but it works!
