I have always used to bite or remove the cuticle around my nails since I was a child , now I'm suffering from this , My nails aren't looking good although they are long and strong beacause of the cuticle around them :(
Any recommendation girls? what can I do??

I think you should just try to leave them alone, since they will grow back and when they do use a wooden orange stick to push then back gently! and use some kind of cuticle cream for them :-)
