I'm not a ballerina haha but I do find that subtle makeup looks good, like neutrals. I don't have any examples, sorry.

Foundation (don't forget blend down the neck) and concealer on blemishes.
Powder so you don't get shiney.
Add blush to pull it all together and bring so color to your cheeks.
Eyeliner on upper lash line and mascara. If big lashes matter to you, use falsies. For more natural lashes, use individual falsies.
Last pick a pinky/mauve color that's close to your lip color :)

I dance ballet too! Naturals!! A natural eye with slightly rosy cheeks and tinted lip balm!

Definitely neutrals, ballet is a very graceful dance (didn't know how else to word that but you know what I mean!) so you don't want to go overboard with heavy makeup. Simple foundation and perhaps concealer for dark circles and blemishes, pale pink blush, neutral eyeshadows if necessary, a thin stroke of eyeliner and a flick of mascara and I'm sure you'll look flawless. Good luck by the way!
