Tommorow I'm going to get braces :)
but I'm worried about how they'll look... Does anyone have any tips? I'm planning on getting a soft pink for the colour.
ps: I had no pain with spacers... does that mean braces won't hurt/hurt less?

I had braces for 3 years. Tips: After eating always brush your teeth to get the food out.
Try the best you can to floss bc food will stuck between your braces.
I would recommend picking a darker color for the first time. Lighter colors tend to make the teeth look discolored. ( yellow)
Be prepared for your mouth to get cut up by the wires in your mouth for the first week or two.your ortho will provide you with wax for those silly little wires that's might be poking out.
Take some Advil before they put the braces on bc your mouth and teeth will be sore in a few hours.
And remember it hurts to be beautiful!
Good luck!👍😀

You'll probably look fine, braces are perfectly normal. You'll definitely have people complimenting you! I had a friend who even admitted I looked cuter with them ;)
Braces will hurt for around the first 5 days, but it's a fairly minor ache. Ice cream helps!

Just show them off confidently! you'll look just as good as you tell yourself you do! I always liked to get the blue color on my braces.:)

Everything Meghan said! And spacers were the most painful part for me. After you get used to the braces for the first few weeks it's fine. Just use your wax:) and always use your rubber bands! You'll get them off faster.

Exactly what Meghan said😉 I had braces when I was younger for 5 years, they were relatively painless. Like Taylor the spacers were more painful to me. I HATED them lol Also like she said make sure you use your rubber bands annnnnnd if they give that really annoying and ugly headgear to wear at night make sure you use that. Just think how gorgeous of a smile you'll have once you get them off☺ Good luck babes and welcome to the pretty smile club😁 lol 💜

Getting a dark color will make your teeth look whiter. For example, blue or black :)

Think blue based pink or red or plums. think cool colors, that also go with your complexion. Anything yellow based is going to make your teeth look dingy, also it won't be very long until they are off.

Just don't get light colors like Meghan D said. they'll make your teeth look yellow.

I always got lavender or turquoise. You don't want to get yellow or orange or any color that might make your teeth look weird colored.
