I want my hair to grow faster, and heard of this method where you put some type of oil on your roots and lay on your bed with your head hanging off of it upside down lol. Does this work? Has anyone tried this? Did it work? How much did it grow in how much time?

Oh and what oil?

You can't make your hair grow faster. it's growth rate is genetically determined. just keep it healthy.

I still don't understand the point of this upside down head nonsense.
You do realize you get the same result ( blood circulation ) by massaging your head?

Lol yeah the only reason inversion works is cause it brings all the blood to your head for circulation but massaging does the same thing without dizzy side side effects.

For oil...castor or coconut. Coconut is kinda greasy.

It works lol. Massaging is safer but I still do the method for a minute, and if you come up slowly and if you're careful it's not risky.
But if I were you I'd massage. I just invert myself because I'm stupid.
Use any hair oil, natural is best but the one I use isn't and still works, sometimes I don't use oil.

Worked for me. Didn't make me dizzy at all and I get dizzy very easily. I used coconut oil because that's what I had on hand, but I'm sure that you could use any type of oil.
