Has anybody tried bellami hair extensions? So far I've read that they're really good quality. I've tried foxy locks extensions & they didn't really last too long. I'm looking into buying the bellami extensions but I'm hesitant because of the price.

Any type of extensions can last all depending on how there taken care of, I've been through so many sets lol, I've just got some new ones and googling how to look after them literally astonished me, look at hairvenly extensions facebook page they are brilliant, for extensions and advice to taking good care of them x

DONT DO IT!! They are HORRIBLE! Like you I was looking for a good brand to purchase hair extensions. I did a lot of research on these extensions. Then I went to Youtube and saw so many "great" reviews on them so I was convinced! BIG mistake, I should have remembered that a lot of times the gurus on Youtube are endorsed or given free extensions (and those extensions being the best they have and most likely not the same quality sold to "regular" people) so of COURSE they will have positive statements! These extensions knot WAY too easily and look real bad when they do! It takes me about an hour and a half to come them through thoroughly. Attached is an image of what it looks like only 2 hours into wearing them! Imagine how embarrassing it is. I have more images if needed. Dont take advice from what you hear but what you ACTUALLY see!

^^ I totally agree, I have had countless pairs of "luxury" hair extensions and Bellami was TERRIBLE they were great at first but after one wash they are DONE, they matte they tangle and oh my God they shed like no ones business they are dry and brittle, I payed over 200 dollars for them and only wore them 4 times before they quit on me don't do it! Foxy Locks are better but they're not great. I just ordered a pair from Luxura Locks so I hope these are nice.

I have Bellamis and they're absolutely perfect. Thats such a bummer that you guys didn't have a good experience. I've had mine for about 8 or so month and they're still just as pretty as I first got them.

Here's the batch I received from Bellami. It's their ombre extension but does not look ombre at all.

They are awful. I ordered the 160g ash blonde and they were bright yellow, coarse, and have a very strong chemical smell. This was my 1st time ordering extensions so I didnt know what was normal. I did some research about the color and found I could tone them with purple shampoo so I kept them but the texture is just horrible, it almost feels like its not all human hair. And even after washing them the smell has not gone away. They also shed a ton. So after my 1st time wearing them for about 3 hrs a thread came loose on the widest weft, its hanging down like 5 inches, I contacted them they sent me a replacement weft which I received yesterday. Well this weft is a totally different color, different texture-its silky and smooth, and it doesn't smell. It also doesn't have bellami clips and it also has less hair. The package said ash blonde (60) like my set so whatever. I contacted them again and explained all of this and they didnt even acknowledge anything I was saying. My set is obviously bad but then again I wouldnt want that other crap either. $160 was a huge waste of money. I will post pics of my set before I opened it, and my weft and my replacement weft side but side, the replacement is on the right. You can see the color difference from the pic of it in the original package, like wth?! You can also see the thread hanging down in my weft and how coarse it is. Please don't waste your money.
