How to judge its fake or not ><? I didn't know there is fake :(

Fake EOS lip balms are softer than the real EOS lip balms. The fake EOS lip balms feel more suede than the real EOS lip balms<>The fake ones also don't have a shine to them where as the real ones do! The EOS engravement on the fake ones has noticable shiny glue on it,however the real EOS doesn't. Also, the writing/engravement on the EOS fake lip balm is thinner than the real/usual ones.< Also on the fakes the writing isn't as deeply engraved into it. If you have noticed there is a flat part on the lip balm case...on the fakes this is smaller and is kind of out of shape. There is also a line between the two halfs where you open/close it, On the fakes this has glue on it (kind of) and is thinner (kind of). The fakes are harder and stiffer too close aswell. Any time you ate suspicious of a product you may think is fake you can take it into ulta for an authenticity check. They have done it for me a few times actually. Lucky all mine were real.

Btw: I'm obsessed with EOS!! I have begun a collection Please do let me know if your purchase was for a real product and where you got them. I will totally get some myself if they are. You can leave me a comment on my profile about it :). I would GREATLY appreciate it!

Wow Shan got it all nailed down in one post! You should also check reviews on the product listing/seller feedback. If they're fake, report them or least leave negative feedback so others can be aware.
