I think it looks great... but to be honest I'd just rock the fake one.
I had a friend that got hers and she regretted it... and couldnt take it out for 3 months, lol.

Kitty, thank you but if I regret it(which I really don't think will happen) I can always just flip it up(if it's a horseshoe thingie or a retainer). I'm honestly not too worried about regretting it :)

It looks great! If you want to keep it a bit more feminine, after it's healed, put a small gauged delicate ring in it and it would look hreat.

Get it done, I didn't even know if I liked septum piercings until I got one and even after 80% of my piercings are gone I still have my septum because it can be flipped up and down for whenever you feel like showing it.
