wet and wild has a new collection out, their polishes run from .99-1.99
they're .99 polishes are ok, some opaque, some sheer, they vary from color but the other ones, i love...maybelline color show collection is about 3.99 each with amazing colors as well. and NYC have .99-1.99 polishes, fast drying and chip free ;]

Sinful Colors and China Glaze. If you shop at Sephora or Ulta, you can probably find some of the higher priced brand in the clearance sections.

Well if you want the least expensive try the "pure ice" brand from Walmart, the "sinful" nail polishes are really good too!

I'm assuming you're from the US, I'm from the UK, and I have no idea if you get the Topshop nail polishes there but they are beautiful. They have an amazing range if colours and the quality is great, they last for ages. They are about £6 here which is about $9.50 but I'm sure if you do have them there they will be cheaper.

There is a 2 for $3 at Walmart for NYC nail polishes. I got a matte top coat for pretty cheap and it does the job very well

I recently got a few of the Wet N Wild megalist nail polish colors that I think are great for fall/winter. Wet cement, Undercover and Bite the Bullet. They were all under $2.
