If you're using it with a tinted moisturizer I like the urban decay naked foundation it's really lightweight and would work well with a tinted moisturizer :)

For a tinted moisturizer, I LOVE Aveeno's. It is super cheap but has a better coloring (for me at least) and better quality then some high quality ones!
