Just to ask how do you know it's fake? Also where did you buy it from.

I wouldn't dare use it. Its no telling what is in it. Its not worth the risk in my opinion. :(

It's not worth the risk, fake cosmetics can contain very harmful chemicals. If you can't return it, it's best to just throw it out.

Report the seller to the cyber crimes unit of your police department. Selling counterfeit goods is a serious crime, and the vendor needs to be stopped. Counterfeit makeup in particular is risky because it has totally unknown ingredients that can be extremely dangerous.

I found out the hard way. Keep on swiping the brush but it wasn't even visible at all tried in sunlight bulbs etc. so I searched on the Internet turns out I'm not the only one. urban decay naked 2 palette fake version is quie common. that being said I still lost my money and trust for that website.

Reporting a seller to the cyber crimes unit of your police department won't be of much help. Especially because of the dollar amount and here in the United States selling counterfeit goods is a federal offense. And trying to deal with them is worse than watching paint dry. They receive thousands of complaints a day pertaining to counterfeiting. Best bet is to just report directly to Urban Decay and give them all the details about the bum deal you received. I'm sure that they have a legal team who is already familiar with the situation. It just takes a very long to build a case because they'd rather nab the actual manufacturer of the fake goods rather than the little guy who is selling a few units online.

Don't use it! There's no way to know what ingredients are in that makeup and if they are safe, or if it was manufactured and stored in a sanitary environment. You risk serious injury by putting mystery substances on your skin and especially near your eyes!
