Psssst and Batiste are good brands of dry shampoo.. I think Got2B just came out with a dry conditioner as well.. I believe you can find all of those brands at Ulta!

I don't find baby powder works better, powder leaves a nasty residue and makes your hair chalky looking.

I find the lower end brands don't work well and most you have to spray in and comb out (time consuming and doesn't work very well)

my absolute favorite is by renee furtner. its a clay based and its amazing! but expensive, $25/bottle. The redken powder refresh works pretty well too for just under $20/bottle. Both have a fresh, clean, baby powder type smell. Some other brands smell "tropical" im not into it.

I just recently bought the Pssst Dry Shampoo from Walgreens and so far I love it! It smells so nice! Also it doesn't make my dark brown hair look chalky or greyish.
