Same here! I have like 3000 views on my blog total but only 4 followers. how in the world do I gain? I've tried messaging people and that doesn't work at all. I don't get any messages or friend request acceptances. I'm not doing this for the money. I have been a cosmetologist and makeup artist for over 25 years. I have owned multiple beauty salons, done makeovers for music album covers, beauty pageant contestants, formulated beauty products, taught hair shows, etc... My family really encouraged me to blog, so I started one recently. They tell me that I have a lot to share. I do love to write and take pictures. The views I see seem to be from real people. They are from these sites: http://www.vampirestat.com/ and http://www.adsensewatchdog.com/. I am not promoting them, they don't look good to me, but I'm too new at blogging to know what they really are.I have no followers. Maybe I should not mix subjects on my blog like I do. I write about DIY beauty, cooking, formulating, aromatherapy, jewelry making, natural healing on my blog at http://artfulcheesewiz.blogspot.com/. Followers would be nice, I don't want to write to just myself. Feedback anyone?

Wow, I thought I was the only newbie out here who was stuck or lacked followers. I'm a newbie at blogging and I appreciate any tips, support or even following my blog.
