I would suggest a bb cream or a cc cream as they are very hydrating compared to many foundations :)

Your dull skin can be lifted by some home products...apply some coconut oil to your face then wash it off after half hour. You can also mix some powdered rose petals with powdered chickpeas and add some water to it. This will make a paste. Apply it to your skin and wash it off the same way. It will make your skin glow.
