Foundation then concealer then blush if you wear blush.

Foundation first because some of the blemishes may be covered by the foundation so you won't need as much concealer afterwards! X.

I've always put on my concealor on before my foundation until I started watching YouTube vids. Now not only does it give better contouring results but thinking about it..when using concealor after it keeps it from being buffed into the skin when applying the foundation!
