I mix them together and brush my teeth with the paste once a week to whiten them. If you do it more than once a week it will destroy something in your teeth!

My cousin used baking soda for many years for his teeth and my grandma tells me his teeth are all blackk now!! so I wouldnt do that.

The acidity in the lemon will soften your enamel, while the abrasive baking soda will scratch it away. Why do you think dentist tell you to wait 30 mins before brushing your teeth after eating acidic food? Plus, there's no proven cases that it works.
