It's not bad. I do it all the time. That's how I shave anyway. I don't have any problems. But if you have sensitive skin you might bet those.
All I do is dry shave and then put lotion on my legs. Also the hair doesn't grow as fast either.

Yeah, you'll get some bad razor burn. I used to be able to dry shave when I was younger, but I tried it once again a year ago, I was out in the sun and my legs were literally burning and itching like crazy 😣
