Mane n tail is horrible. you can't make your hair grow faster. it's genetic. just eat healthy. drink water. do strengthening treatments with coconut oil. Try L'oreal Everstrong for shampoo & conditioner. get trims as needed. try a leave in conditioner. little heat as possible. It's a 10 has a good heat protectant.

1. hair mask. Once a week aleast do 1-3 hair mask. like coconut oil mask, banana mask or advcardo mask.
2. Brush your hair daily. this will spread your natural oil that your hair produce evenly from roots to ends.
3. Don't wash your hair everyday. washing your hair everyday will strip away that natural oil from your hair.
4. Don't use heat. heat damages your hair. if you have to use it use a heat protectant spray.
5. tie your hair up when you sleep. not tight but a loose braid. this will prevent your hair from rubbing against the pillow which can cause frizz and split ends.
