Liquid...Hourglass Script Precision liner, Kat Von D Tattoo Liner. The Tokidoki liner isn't bad either. Gel...Bobbi Brown is great, as are Stila, Sephora and Buxom.

Maybelline line stilleto liquid eyeliner is easy to use and great for sensitive eyes. Recently I got into gels and my favorites are the Inglot AMC gel liners because they dry to a velvety matt finish.
