I smoother my face in e45 everynight but my skin isnt very good. I have small spots all over my nose which is red and flaky and looks terrible. can anyone recommend a skin routine as mine at the moment is pro active cleanser, toner and then the e45. I also use clinique dramatically different lotion under my makeup as my skin seems dry.

E45 is good for dry skin but I think it might be a bit too thick for your face (especially around your eyes). If you find it's not really helping get a face cream for dry skin this will be thicker in consistency but adequate for your face. Also I think you should add exfoliation into your skin routine as this will help get rid of the dry flakey patches. I hope this helps if your unsure you could always pop into a makeup counter & see a skin care consultant they'd be able 2 help suggest u a new skincare routine, but everything your doing seems fine also make sure u drink lots of water your skin's probably dehydrated also. I hope you find some resolution & sone of this help : D

I personally use Aveno's skin relief cream as a moisturizer and i absolutely love it! It absorbs fast, and moisturizes but doesn't make your skin feel like there's anything on it really. It's scentless and i'm not allergic to it! i have extremely sensitive skin (like i'm allergic to a lot of hypoallergenic products!) and i've used countless moisturizers, even prescribed by the doctor and so far this is the best. i can definitely feel the difference if i forget to put it on. The moisturizer is specially for skin that's very dry, sore, itchy, just not the way it should be. Honestly it's brilliant!
