I was looking at glitters, what are they for?? They are pretty but I don't know what they are used for.

You can use them for a lot of things! I personally use them with a spray of Mac Fix+ on a flat shader brush and use them on top of eyeshadow. Gives a very heavy glam look! Some people pat glitter in the middle areas of their lips to make them appear larger and more shiny.

Some people like glitter,some don't personally I only like a little.But I guess it is just to feel all nice and sparkly/make a feauture stand out.

Glitter is used to intensify the eyeshadow look but like Yolande said the glitters can have huge fall out.

Basically what everyone else has said, but I'd like to add that you should only use cosmetic grade glitter. So anything that is in the craft aisle should not be used near the eyes. It's probably fine for nails though. And a lot of brands have glitter adhesives as well, like Too Faced has one called "Glitter Glue." They make them stick a lot better so you can build it up and won't have as much fallout.
