I see people changing hair color with an app? What app is it?

Well I have this app called perfect365 and you can edit your face and add makeup. For hair they have certain styles you can put on your picture and you can change the color of those, but you can't change your hair color without adding a style over it. Sorry if that doesn't make sense.

I have that app. I'm not sure what app it is. I'll have to search around.

There is an app called hair colour by modiface. You just outline your hair, fine tune it with an airbrush and chose your colour. They have a variety of colours but some cost money. You can also change tone and shade.

^ yep that's probably better. But if you notice, I smoothed out my face, made my eyes bigger, whitened my teeth.. That's what this app is good for.
